My name is Courtney and I’m a Graphic Designer and Semi-Professional Photographer whose main goal is to become a Published Novelist and a Writer. I spent two and a half years in the Journalism Program at TROY University before leaving the classroom to become a Military Wife and Mother. While I may have left the classroom before my degree was complete, the experiences I’ve gained through my new roles in life have left me with ample opportunities and writing inspiration.

I have been a contributor to numerous family and lifestyle blogs since I began my personal blog,  in 2008. For a full list of places you can find my work, please see below. Mothers and women from all over the world pay visits to my blog seeking information and support on a variety of topics including Post-Partum Depression, Overcoming Self-Esteem issues and loving yourself, Potty Training, the trials and triumphs of raising a toddler, Military Spouse information, and more. I also enjoying paying it forward in the blog world through my weekly feature Spotlight Saturday in which I highlight quality posts and bloggers from the week.

I am deeply passionate about writing and always eager to willing to expand my opportunities in both print and web publishing.

I am also willing and interested in taking part in marketing campaigns through writing, speaking and social media opportunities. Campaigns of interest include those that are relevant to:

  • The support and development of a healthy self-image for young girls.
  • Educating new mother’s on the realities of Post-Partum Depression.
  • Conquering your past and overcoming personal insecurities.
  • Anything regarding life as a Military Spouse and life as a Military Family.
  • Posts relating to motherhood, marriage and life with toddlers and young children.
  • Posts raising awareness for infertility and the Struggle to become pregnant.

I’m also open to discussing opportunities outside of this realm of interest.

I’m also a contributing Writer at Paper, Heart, Camera, Columnist at Parent Society and the former Editor/Pregnancy Columnist at Bloggy Momazine.
