I don't know about you guys, but I am completely addicted to Starbucks Cake Pops. I tweeted out the other day that not only had I eaten one but two of those little devils while walking around the Safeway. In my defense, I didn't deliberately buy two just for myself. I bought one for myself and one for little man. He didn't want his. So, to avoid food going to waste, I decided I'd better eat it myself. I mean, why throw away a perfectly good cake pop, right? But, despite my infatuation with … [Read more...]

I am totally in love with Panera Bread. I’d never eaten at one until we moved to Florida, but now I scout them out wherever we go. Their macaroni and cheese is to die for. Fortunately for me [and you] I managed to stumble across the recipe. Which I will now share.  :) You will need: 1/3 Cup of All Purpose Flour 2 1/2 cups of 2% Low Fat Milk 8 oz [1 block] of Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese 6 Slices of White American Cheese [cut into small pieces] 1 Box of Medium … [Read more...]

So, I did bad, once again. I forgot my camera to take a photo of my meal. I'm really bad at that. I have a few pieces of chicken left in the fridge, so tonight when we get ready to eat I'll try to remember to take a photo and come add it to this post. Josh and I recently discovered the "Stoffer's Turkey and Cheese" Panini's at Wal-Mart. They are delish...only problem is, they are $3 a piece for a teeny tiny little sandwich. So last night I tried my hand at making my own. They actually turned out really, really good! Here's the recipe I concocted for those interested in trying it themselves. … [Read more...]
